Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your personal information, including your name, email address, mobile number, and physical address. MasterChinese collects and uses this information for purposes such as:

• Creating and maintaining learner profiles and records.
• Sharing relevant learning requirements and student information with tutors.
• Providing services tailored to meet your needs.
• Processing tuition payments.
• Informing learners about upcoming events.
• Managing website content.

Fees and Payments

All class payments are non-refundable, except under the following condition:

Money-back Guarantee
This applies to first-time enrolled students only. If you are unsatisfied with our tutorials or services, you may cancel your lesson package within 10 business days. You will be charged only for completed lessons, and the remainder of your course fees will be refunded.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Private Sessions

• Students (excluding trial lessons) can schedule lessons by contacting tutors directly, subject to the availability of both parties.
• Payments must be completed at least 12 hours before the session to confirm the booking. Failure to make timely payments will result in automatic cancellation.

Group Sessions

• Group sessions are pre-scheduled by MasterChinese.
• Students are required to attend classes on time. Late arrivals are not permitted to ensure high-quality teaching.
• If you have specific requests, feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Lesson Cancellation

Private Sessions

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated to your tutor at least 6 hours in advance. You can email us at nihao@masterchinese.com.au or contact your tutor directly.
• Lessons missed without prior notice will be deducted from your course package.

Group Sessions

• The 6-hour cancellation policy does not apply to group sessions. However, if you cannot attend, please notify your tutor at your earliest convenience.
• If you miss a group session, we will try to provide a recording for you to catch up. Alternatively, you can schedule a discounted private session to make up for the missed class.

Class Absence

Each lesson includes a 15-minute waiting period. If the student is absent for more than 30 minutes without prior notice, the session will be marked as missed, and the lesson time will be deducted from the course.
