By signing up at MasterChinese, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address, mobile number and address. 

MasterChinese collects personal information for a range of purposes, including: 

create and maintain the learner's details and profile,

provide adequate learner learning information and requirement to tutors,

offer with possibly satisfying service, 

process the payment of the tuition fee.

Fee and payments

All payments for classes are non-refundable, unless:

Money-back Guarantee: it is for the first-enrolled student only. If you are not satisfied with our tutorial and service, you can cancel your lesson package within 10 business days. You will only be charged for the completed lessons while the rest of the course will be refunded to you.

Scheduling and cancellation

Apart from trial lessons, students can book lessons in advance by contacting tutors directly. Students must schedule the lessons ahead of time, subject to the availability of tutors and students. If you have any requests, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will try our best to facilitate your needs. 

Lesson cancellation

Please inform your tutor 6 hours ahead of time to cancel or reschedule the lessons. You may email nihao@masterchinese.com.au or directly contact the tutor. If you miss out on the lesson without notice, one lesson will be conducted from your course. 

Class absence

There will be a 30-min waiting time for each lesson. If the student is not present for more than half an hour without advanced notice, the lesson will be treated as an absence, while one lesson time will be deducted from your course.
